2. Can I get a quotation form you?
Yes, you can.

Step1. Choose your interested goods, write down the model number;
Step2. Click on "Order online", fill in the customer info and submit;
Step3. We will sign a "Order Conformation", send you a scan original copy by e-mail.
b. If special design, please send us details or a sketch of your requirements by email. our senior designers will make the designs 3D-Drawing for you and we will quote you our best price.
3. Water about size and color?
The size and color can be changed according to your requirements or according to the size on our webpage or catalogue.
4. Water about payment term?
50% in advance, and the other 50% balance must be paid before we consign it.
If the order is urgent, you'd better pay 100% in advance.
5. How to start the order?
We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total payment. When order finished, we will email you the digital photo for your confirmation and ask if any modification is required. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.
6. Your Production Time?
Our regular producing time for 1 piece inflatable games is 3-15 days, excluding air transit time, from the date of confirmation. However, it can be +/- depending on the design and the dimensions.
7. Water about transport?
Shipping by sea, by air, by courier (DHL/UPS/TNT/FEDEX), is available for customers.
The approximate shipping time is 3~5 working days maximum by air or 10-30 days by sea. Please advise the products you need and your port of discharge, we will get shipping details from our shipping agent.
Also you can designate any the cargo company in China. And the freight charge can be prepaid or collected. The shipping costs may be about USD250.00 for 1 piece of Inflatable Games. If you order more, the shipping cost for 1pcs will be lower than USD250.00.
Air charge is different for different country.
8. Water kind of guarantee you give?
Our inflatable games can be used more than 3 years. If it is damaged, you can use the glue and material to repair it. Because it is too long distance to ship goods back, we will send a kit bag for every inflatable products.
